About me
Born and raised in Gainesville, Florida, my fascination with technology dates back to middle school, where playing Runescape, Pocket Tanks, and guiding classmates in downloading Skype form the foundational memories that ignited my love for the digital realm.
Originally inclined towards Mechanical Engineering, my academic journey led me to Economics due to a keen interest in understanding the dynamics of money. Upon completing my Masters at the University of Florida, I pivoted to Cybersecurity.
My educational background paved the way for a position at a Tech-Finance firm, immersing me in the stark reality of cybercrime. Gone are the days of hackers engaging in mischievous pranks or stealing video game items; today's cybercriminals are driven solely by financial motives, indifferent to the consequences on individuals and organizations.
Motivated by a desire to make a difference, I aim to leverage my enterprise experience to benefit my hometown community. My mission is to equip locals with the knowledge and tools necessary to navigate the evolving landscape of cybercrimes and protect against the increasing threat of personal information theft.
